Review: Yokohama Sushi in Culver City

Yokohama Sushi in Culver City offers delicious food at a great value. My dining companion and I opted to share a rainbow roll, yellowtail roll and a chicken teriyaki…we were more than satisfied with the quality and amount of food.

The rainbow roll was a perfect blend of fish…tuna, salmon, whitefish, yellowtail, with avocado and shrimp on top. It also featured crab stick, avocado and cucumber inside. The Chicken Teriyaki Bowl was a fabulous choice and the chef was able to give us a side of teriyaki sauce, as well as no sesame seeds since one of us had certain dietary needs.

The menu also features appetizers Gyoza, Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura, Baked Green Mussel, Soft Shell Crab, and yellowtail collar. Additional entrees include BBQ Short Rib entree, Salmon Teriyaki, along with a Beef Teriyaki Bowl, and an Unagi Bowl. Noodle dishes such as Tempura U-don, and Yaki Udon (beef, chicken, shrimp or vegetable) are also available.
