Spago Beverly Hills is a ‘dining must’ while visiting Los Angeles. Reservations are essential at this celebrity frequented eatery. For a less expensive dining experience, lunch is a smart option. Ask to sit on the patio and order one of their special cocktails. It’s the perfect place to eat lunch on a sunny California day.

The Maine Lobster Salad (avocado, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, haricot vert, bacon and egg) offers a hearty, yet relatively healthy option, while the Guajillo Chili Chicken Salad (grilled romaine, jicama, queso fresco, cilantro-lime vinaigrette) is just right for those who prefer a lighter meal. One of Spago’s signature dishes, the salmon pizza, is simply to die for. It has a delicious crust and is served with dill creme fraiche. So tasty! Another fantastic pizza choice is the Pizza with Louisiana Shrimp (braised leeks, roasted peppers, parsley, goat cheese). Amazing! Wolfgang Puck played a notable role in the artisan pizza movement. Visionary designer Barbara Lazaroff made sure every celebrity knew of Puck’s culinary innovations long before he became a household name.
