Co-owner and Chef Noelle Fanaris was inspired to cook by her Italian Mother and Grandmother. While teaching Noelle their family traditions, they were instrumental in developing her love of old country Italian style cooking. This love only intensified when as a young woman, she traveled across Italy. Then later, she visited the vineyards of the Napa, Sonoma Valleys as well as the central coast of California. Culinary tours inspired and solidified her desire to create wonderful food and unique recipes, and she began wowing her family and friends with her creations.
