LINQ Promenade offers some of the best food on the Las Vegas Strip. It welcomed a new restaurant in December 2018. Favorite Bistro features French fare with an American flair. The first U.S. location comes to Vegas from restaurateurs Thierry Bourdoncle and Ariane de Senneville of Group Bourdoncle. The third-generation bistro owners and operators are behind the legendary Parisian cafés Le Hibou, Cafe Le Dome de Villiers, Le Café Mabillon, and the iconic Senequier in Saint Tropez on the French Riviera.

The 2,500 square-foot restaurant interior has been custom-built from France. It was designed by a team from Paris with more than three generations of millwork and design experience. Favorite Bistro’s menu features a variety of palate-pleasing options including prime meat selections served as Surf & Turf. It comes with a choice of either lobster or shrimp and with the choice of a number of sauces. The menu also includes signature braised items such as Short Ribs Bourguignon, Cassoulet as well as Lamb Shanks. Plus a selection of seafood options and salads as well as some more heartwarming comfort food such as French onion soup and a number of classic burgers.
