The property features two buildings a modern tower, as well as a historic building which was previously a church (the oldest in downtown Seattle). Performance art will be alive and well at the Lotte Hotel Seattle as Teatro ZinZanni team up to present this circus inspired theatrical experience. As of now, the holiday run will offer limited performances but who knows who will perform next at the Grand Ballroom in The Sanctuary at Lotte Hotel Seattle. 

Philippe Starck designed the alluring hotel. In addition, it features a gym, spa, and a business center. The rooms offer breathtaking views of Elliott Bay with floor-to-ceiling windows.
