Happy Hour at Preux & Proper takes place in the bar area. Along with a nice selection of beer, wine, and delicious frozen daiquiris, you’ll have the chance to taste Executive Chef Sammy Monsour’s cuisine at a reduced price. Specialties include: Baked Mac & Cheese (orecchiette pasta, scallions, turbodog ale and Cabot extra sharp cheddar), the Colorado Lamb Ribs (Jamaican jerk rub, passionfruit-scotch bonnet barbeque and radish pickles), or the Low Country Mussels (house-andouille, sweet corn, shallots, butter, scallions, boil spice and crispy fingerling potatoes).
