The Corona virus has affected all of us, but let’s face it, food establishments have been hit the hardest. If you are a lover of Pink’s Hot Dogs, you will be happy to hear that this famous hot dog stand has reopened on August 12, 2020, bringing back all of its employees.

Since 1939, Pink’s has become a destination attracting both tourists and locals. Founded by Paul and Betty Pink, it all started with one pushcart and then the business grew adding a building with indoor and outdoor seating and a parking lot. Paul and Betty retired in 1985, and their son Richard, his wife, Gloria, and sister, Beverly took over the business.

After eighty years, this little hot dog joint has a massive following which includes celebrities galore…serving over 2000 hot dogs and 200 hamburgers a day. It now employs thirty people – some are longtime employees.

Pink’s has stood the test of time, and hopefully Covid too….So get out there and show some support.
